WLMB relies greatly on our support from local businesses and corporations! Some of our most significant expenses include uniforms, instruction, travel to competitions, meals, and maintenance of instruments and equipment.

You can now donate online to become a sponsor. WLMB 2025 Online Corporate Sponsorship Form (We don't pay any fees through this site because we are a non-profit, so when it asks you if you would like to donate to the site platform, it will not effect the amount of money we will receive. We receive your full donation either way!) If you complete the online form we will follow up with a contact to arrange for your sponsorship items!

Meal Sponsorships

• Throughout the marching band season, there are many days where the performers will be at rehearsal for 12 hours or more. During these long days, we provide meals to all members and staff. If your business would like to sponsor a meal, through either a monetary donation ($725), or actual food and drinks, prominent recognition will be made during the food service and during our weekly e-mail to our members and their families.

Trailer Sponsorships 

• The Walled Lake Marching Band moves a lot of equipment, props, and instruments to each show. We utilize three cargo trailers and a 53-foot semi truck to move our band’s materials between competitions. These vehicles require constant maintenance to ensure their reliability. Not only are these trailers used during the marching band season (September through November), they are also used by the Walled Lake Performance Ensemble from January through April. For a $4,500 donation, a Trailer Sponsor will receive all the benefits of a Director level sponsor, plus their logo will be placed prominently on one of our trailers for two years. (Only four sponsorships available)

Endowment Sponsor

• Although the combined Walled Lake Marching Band has been in existence since 2021, the competitive marching band program in Walled Lake reaches back for more than 25 years. Many of our sponsors donate year after year, and to recognize those who wish to commit to an annual program of support, we have created an endowment program to bring attention to sponsors that wish to demonstrate long-term support for our program.

With a five-year commitment of at least $2,000 annually, Endowment Sponsors will receive all the benefits of Ensemble Level sponsors along with their logo prominently displayed at both Walled Lake Central and Western football stadiums.

Ad Hoc Sponsorship Opportunities 

• The Walled Lake Marching Band has many needs throughout the season that can’t be fully quantified in this document. If you would make a one-time large purchase (such as donating a new trailer, instrument, trailer wrap, uniform items, etc.) for the band, and would like recognition, please contact us at the address below.
