Follow the steps below to register for your school's Football Spirit Band ONLY. This means you will not be participating In the Walled Lake Marching Band Competition Band.  

In-person Registration for the 2025 Marching Band Season will take place in person on Tues, April 15 OR Wed, April 16 between 6:30 - 8:00pm in the Walled Lake Central Main Hallway (Central Avenue). 

Each marching band member and parent only need to attend one date or the other.

You may come at any time within the time frame. 

PRIOR to attending in-person registration, SPIRIT BAND ONLY families must complete the first 4 parts of registration online: 

PART 1) Complete the 2025 Spirit Band Only Online Registration Form 

PART 2) Sign Up for Membership Toolkit 

This is our system for email communications & account information for the season. Either go to https://wlbands.membershiptoolkit.com/, or download the Membership Toolkit app to create an account and verify your account via the email they will send you. You will need to enter all parent and child information.

PART 3) Communications:  "BAND" App

a) Please download the "Band" App on your phone and join the applicable group for the year. Students, this is where you will receive all of your music, schedules and information from the directors. Parents, the directors will use this to communicate schedule information when needed as well.

PART 4) Required Paperwork & Season Information

Print out and fill out (or preview) the 2025 Spirit Band Only Registration Paperwork Packet. We will have copies available at registration for those who are unable to print from home. This contains important parent & student info, as well as paper forms that will need to be turned in during registration. 

At In-Person Registration (STUDENTS are also REQUIRED to attend):

When you arrive, please look for the SPIRIT BAND ONLY TABLE at Registration. You will not have as much paperwork to complete as students In the competitive band, so you will have a designated table. 

1) We will confirm that parents & students have ALREADY completed the 2025 Spirit Band Only Online Registration Form & are showing as active in Membership Toolkit. If not, families will be required to register on the spot.

2) Students will turn in required paper forms from the 2025 Spirit Band Only Registration Paperwork Packet.

3) Students will be fitted for marching band shoes to order (unless they have shoes that fit from previous years and are in good condition). These shoes are ~$47 and students will need to order them online once they are fitted. This cost is not included in the marching band dues payments.

4) Students will turn in the $125 payment for their marching band dues. Families can pay online with a card via Membership Toolkit or with check or exact cash at registration.

Checks for WLC should be made out to "WLCMB". 

Checks for WLW should be made out to "WLWBB"
