Booth Sizes & Selection

• Gym Booths (Main Gym & Aux Gym): 10' x 10' space

• Hallway Booths: 6' x 12' space

• Corner Upgrades: Optional corner space selection within your location preference (subject to availability).

Important Cart & Registration Instructions

When completing your registration on Zeffy, please keep the following in mind:

• Multiple Booths: Need more than one booth space? Simply increase the quantity in your cart before checking out to reserve contiguous spaces.

• Select Your Load-In Time: Choose your preferred load-in option during registration:

  • Free Friday Night Load-In (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Self-service setup.

  • Saturday Morning Curbside Service: Student volunteers assist with unloading at the curb!

• Add Power Access ($25): Be sure to select the Power Add-On option during checkout if your booth requires electricity.

• Select Your Lunchbox ($25): Pre-order your meal options at checkout to have lunch delivered directly to your booth during event hours.

• You can choose to donate or not donate to Zeffy 

Quick Vendor Guidelines & Policies

• Vendor Equipment: All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, and display equipment.

• Audio Policy: No amplified music, instruments, or playing video/audio at individual booths to ensure a comfortable shopping atmosphere.

• Wi-Fi: Public Wi-Fi is available (cellular hotspots are recommended for uninterrupted payment processing).

• Refund Policy: Cancellations 30+ days prior receive a refund minus a $25 admin fee. No refunds within 30 days of the event.
